• You have the right to exchange your purchased products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• For exchanges other than defective, faulty, or incorrectly delivered items, the shipping fee is borne by the customer.

• Exchange shipments are accepted only via our contracted courier service, Yurtiçi Kargo.

• Shipments sent without the contracted code will not be accepted.

In exchange processes:

• The outbound shipping cost belongs to Noure Design,

• The return shipping cost belongs to the customer (₺240).

Products eligible for exchange must be:

• Unused,

• Unworn,

• With original tags intact,

• Not damaged or deformed.

⚠️ Campaign and Outlet products are not eligible for exchange or return.

RETURN TERMS

• You may return a product within 7 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return, you must first request the contracted courier code via our WhatsApp line:

• The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

• The contracted courier fee (₺240) will be deducted from the product price.

Refund process:

• For credit card payments, refunds will be issued to the card within 1–14 business days.

• For Bank Transfer/EFT or Cash on Delivery payments, your refund will be transferred to your bank account upon receipt of your IBAN details.
